  • What materials do you use?
    I use Sculpey Premo brand polymer clay for the main decorative part of the earrings. The earring findings are hypoallergenic stainless steel and gold plated stainless steel. I use femo gloss glaze for a glossy finish and super glue to secure earring posts onto the clay.
  • Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
    While the earring findings use hypoallergenic stainless steel and/or gold-plated stainless steel, the clay, gloss glaze, and super glue components may cause irritation for those with sensitive skin. Please consider this before purchasing
  • How do I care for my earrings?
    To maintain the longevity and appearance of your earrings, please adhere to the following guidelines: Remove them before showering, swimming (beach or pool), and sleeping. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, including perfumes and lotions. Store them in a dry, safe place. Handle with care, as impacts and rough handling can cause damage. Clean gently with a lightly damp cloth.
  • Do you accept custom orders?
    Absolutely! I'm happy to create custom pieces and put my creativity to the test. But please understand that custom work involves additional time for drafting and design, as well as potential increases in material costs, which will be reflected in the final price
  • What is your shipping policy?
    I utilize Australia Post for all domestic shipments, with orders dispatched every Tuesday. A flat rate of $12 covers the shipping and handling within Australia, including all necessary packaging materials.
  • What steps are you taking to lessen your enviromental impact?
    I prioritize sustainability by using recyclable materials and compostable mailers, completely eliminating plastic from my packaging.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Damaged items can be exchanged within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return mailer for you to send back the damaged item. For any other order issues, please contact us for an exchange.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped via Australia Post, you'll be able to track its progress online. To do this, please visit the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au) or download the Australia Post app. You can then enter your tracking number, which will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email, to view the latest updates on your delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure payments via PayPal, as well as all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
